Wonderful burgers. Great service. Patty melt was cooked just right. Home made fries. And how about the great service !!!Plenty of fishing and hunting literature to read while nursing a cold one ....

Stumbled onto this rustic establishment after the kindness of a stranger in St. Maries said not to waste time eating there, just go a bit further to Emida and you will not be disappointed. He was spot on, the food was fantastic, staff friendly, and it was the best meal of the ride.

I was looking for delicious fries, and I found them here along with a great burger and a server with personality.

The waitress was very nice. The food was good, especially the French fries. Good prices.

Update: Visited with a group of 15 today. Out for a Tuesday ride on a gorgeous day. The decision was unanimous... Drifters is a great destination for good food!!!Original:Stopped in while out riding my motorcycle and was very glad I did. It's old-school home cooking at its best. Emida is a very small town, but this place had a line of cars out front, which is a good sign. Lots of seating and very friendly staff and owner. It was past lunch but I wanted breakfast, which was not a problem. Awesome meal, loved the sausage patty with just the right amount of seasoning and flavor. I'll stop in again for sure!

My Aunt and Uncle have been telling me about this place "just up the road" and "they just love it". For years. Finally, they took me for dinner. The salmon was perfect and the corn was so buttery! The red wine was very good as well. Cheryl is a no nonsense down to earth hostess and had us all set up before we came (we called our order ahead). I must agree with my Aunt and Uncle, I just love it!

Friendly staff and awesome food. The burger was amazing, I ate the whole thing!
